Families First Support Services is a Child Placing Agency for Therapeutic Foster Children. We recruit, train, and license homes in North Carolina for the purpose of providing therapeutic care for children who are at-risk.

We would like to share our philosophy within North Carolina communities of "Promoting Wellness and Recovery for At-Risk Children and Youth". Our goal is to give children and families hope by working together to determine and provide services as needed. Our experienced staff of mental health professionals are dedicated to providing outstanding therapeutic care for our children.
